Co-founder and Chief Operations Officer
Martin brings over 35 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on neuroscience, oncology and rare diseases. This has included senior roles in research and development, as well as approval and commercialisation of new products. He gained his PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Nottingham and has worked in the pharmaceutical industry, dedicated to bringing new therapies to patients ever since.
Tim Pham PharmD
Co-founder and Chief Pharmaceutical Officer
Tim Pham is dedicated to advancing breakthrough therapies for complex neurological and psychiatric disorders. He brings more than two decades of experience spanning medical affairs, clinical drug development and clinical research, with deep expertise across neurodegeneration and neuropsychiatry. Tim has led multiple successful CNS launches and is known for his ability to identify promising science, shape translational strategy and build strong external partnerships. He is driven by the opportunity to translate innovative ideas into meaningful therapies for patients.
